A couple members of our tribe, Heather and Stacey, will be using our studio for their workout “Meetups”. They’ve been practicing a workout program called “The Bikini Series”. It’s a workout series designed to get your muscles toned and ready for summer.
They will be following a series of videos and meeting at the studio
Mondays & Wednesdays @ 12:00 p.m.
Fridays @ 6:30 p.m.
until the end of June. The classes will be 45-60 minutes, depending on the exercise videos that day. To participate, you will need to wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a yoga mat, a towel, water and a set of dumbbells (2-8 lbs, depending on your personal level).
The classes are donation based. These workouts are considered to be an intermediate to advance level cardio/ weight bearing classes.
