This month there will be one more Restorative Yin Yoga class – Sunday the 10th of December from 2:00 p.m to 3:30 p.m.
Restorative yin yoga includes the uses of props like bolsters, straps, blocks and blankets. This is a great class if you have lower back issues, tight hips and neck strain issues. Yin yoga may help you release tension in those areas by holding easy postures on the floor using the props. The yoga pose is to conform to your body, not the body to the pose. In this class you relax, breathe and let your body move and flow to where it wants to go.
