This month we added a new class to the monthly schedule – Power Yoga led by Jonathan Brookins. It really should be called Jedi Yoga! Jonathan has designed his own style class using a mix of Ashtanga, Ballet and martial arts moves.
The class is every Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and Sundays at 11:00 a.m.
It’s 75 minutes long and open to all students. It will help build upper body strength, increase flexibility, endurance and stamina. This class is great for men and women alike – watch your body transform using Jonathan’s routine.
Jonathan is a natural teacher and will guide you through his class with ease, showing you alternate options for certain postures so students at any level will be able to participate in this class.
