Who is this yoga for?
Simply put, we have yoga classes for all ages, bodies and fitness levels. We believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone
What if I am not flexible?
It doesn’t matter. Yoga is not about being able to bend into an impressive posture. It’s about breathing and staying in the moment.
Why practice the 26 +2 series?
I have been a hatha yoga practitioner for over 15 years, prior to that I tried everything from Vinyasa to Ashtanga. It wasn’t until I found the Bishnu Gosh Lineage of Hatha Yoga that I felt complete. So I understand that we all have different experiences and there is no one-size-fits all yoga – Beatrice P. Owner
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes, classes are geared to suit all students ranging from complete novices to seasoned yogis.
Are all the classes the same?
Nope. We teach Yin Yoga which are gentle stretch classes as well as therapeutic Hatha Yoga which focuses on strength, stamina and flexibility. We have Barre classes and Power Flow so you can find your favorite.
How often should I practice?
Ideally, 3-6 times a week, depending on your lifestyle. You will find that you will look forward to your yoga practice once you get started in a routine.
