Our studio uses the BeyondBarre Method. The BeyondBarre program is unlike any other thanks to its creative design and limitless workout variations. BeyondBarre kicks up the intensity of the typical barre exercise program with its unique one of a kind cardio series.
We combine small, precise muscle movements and isometric holds to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch the muscles building stamina and balance while melting away fat. Using our special sculpting method you get the flexibility with only a ballet barre, light weights, balls and resistance bands to get into your best shape ever.

Get fit while having fun
Each exercise is thoughtfully and purposefully placed in the class exercise order to optimize the ability to burn fat, sculpt the body, and build long, lean muscles. We use ballet barre leg sculpting exercises and amplified them. We use music, balls and bands to mix up the exercises in each class. We challenge the core, contour our legs and tone our arms. Our program is designed to strengthen the muscles by working to fatigue, then stretch to lengthen and sculpt.
