Join us for a 20 day challenge in the Dog Days of Summer. Naturally, you can be an overachiever and come all 31 days, however we believe you can make a change with only 4 yoga/barre/vinyasa classes a week. The studio will provide dietary guidelines for your personal challenge that you can apply to your diet, regardless of what you eat. Ok, you may have to cut out the Wheaties for breakfast 🙂
