We invite you to join us for an exhilarating 30 Day experience that we call our Yoga Challenge. Get your metabolism roaring and find quiet time for yourself creating balance in your life. We expect you to practice yoga, eat & get lots of rest. The outcome is a transformation in only 30 days that you will be proud of!

Duration – pick 30 days from

April 2nd 2018 – May, 5th 2018.

The goal: 

Complete as many Hot Yoga, Barre and Calisthenics classes as possible. Yes you can also come and take Yin Yoga and our Gentle class offerings. Yes, you can do a double to make up missed days.

Can’t make 30 days? Go for 15 days and still use our 30 day food guide to see amazing results! Just mark the board with your #of planned days.

The Food guide will align with the demands of a workout schedule and help you trim down and tone up with the assistance of eating nutritious foods at the right time helping you feel strong and energized!!

Our juice/smoothie bar will be open for students after classes 

If your metabolism has been stuck, no worries you will get to move of that plateau now. With satiating and energizing breakfast recipes such as our Nutty Giant:
1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
1 tbs almond butter
1 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs ground flax seeds
1 cup coconut cream
2 cups coconut water
Stevia as needed

Most items on the food plan can be purchased at Publix or Winn Dixe, some items like the liquid Stevia and Protein powder we recommend purchasing at Sunshine Health Foods on US1 or ordering from Amazon or Vitacost.

It’s your 30 days so make the best of it! New students can sign up using the button on the right. Existing students write your name on the board in the studio and pick up your food guide at the front desk.
