Formerly known as Bikram Yoga College of India our studio originally opened in 2002. Almost 15 years later, we now offer an expanded curriculum of classes in order to give practitioners the chance to achieve the ultimate combination of flexibility and strength for both body and mind.
Our goal is to provide our clients with a 360 degree experience of yoga, core strengthening classes and relaxation and meditative classes and events to put them on their path to radiant health and enlightenment.

Choose from a variety of classes.
Hot 90 is our signature heated therapeutic hatha yoga class also known as 26+2. Hot 65 is a similar class at a much faster pace and more cardio.
Gentle yoga classes include vinyasa flow, hatha yoga and yin yoga combined with guided breathing and can be safely practiced by anyone at any age. Yin yoga is a pure stretch class accommodating all other yoga styles.
Barre is a ballet inspired sculpting class that kicks up intensity and cardio. Calisthenics will open your body and build strength.

Our Barre classes combine small, precise muscle movements and isometric holds to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch the muscles building stamina and balance while melting away fat.
Massage
Enjoy the therapeutic healing touch of our talented massage therapist. In addition to the commonly offered massage techniques, enjoy an ayurvedic touch, sound and vibration modalities through the use of singing bowls and tuning forks. Relish the scent of aromatic oils and feel your body relax and pain melt away.

Yoga in Nature
Every 2nd. & 4th Sunday of the month @9:30 a.m.
Join us for a Karma-Flow class based on the Bishnu Gosh Lineage of Hatha Yoga practice. This is a 1 hour class held on the enclosed porch at the Enchanted Forest Sanctuary located at 444 Columbia Blvd, Titusville, FL 32780. Please be sure to call (321) 264-5185 to reserve your spot. This is a donation class, beginners are welcome. Please bring your own mat & water.
